About Tools Viewer
Tools Viewer is a free collection of browser-based developer tools: HTML viewer and formatter, JSON and XML utilities, regex testing, email preview and more. It is owned and run by Hasnain Hanif, a full-stack developer based in Pakistan, and used by developers around the world.

Why I built it
I've used countless developer tools over the years, and many were slow, cluttered, or wanted my code uploaded to a server. I wanted a place with simple, fast tools that do one job well. Most tools here process your content in your browser, so your code and data stay on your device unless you choose to export them.
Who's behind it
Hasnain maintains Tools Viewer with technical writers and a development team. He works with Laravel, React, Angular, Next.js, Node.js and Python. He graduated from Virtual University of Pakistan and is pursuing an MPhil in Database Management. He cares about clean, maintainable code, and tries to hold every tool here to that standard.

How the site is funded
Every tool on Tools Viewer is free to use and works without an account. The site is paid for by display advertising.
- Ads. Pages may show ads served through Google AdSense and Monetag to help cover hosting and development costs. Advertisers have no say in what we publish, which tools we build, or what we recommend.
- Free tools stay free. Ads never change how a tool works, what it outputs, or whether you need to sign up.

Do the tools upload what I paste?
Most tools run in your browser. Text, code, or files you paste are processed on your device and are not sent to us for the core workflow.
Some features need the network by design — for example fetching a URL you provide, or sending a test email through a service you configure. Those actions are optional and clear in the tool UI. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
How do you check what you publish?
- Tools. We test each tool with real input before it goes live, and we keep improving tools based on bugs and feedback.
- Articles. Blog posts are written and reviewed before publish, and updated when a related tool changes.
- Accountability. Hasnain Hanif is responsible for what ships on Tools Viewer.
What if I find a mistake?
