These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tools Viewer at ToolsViewer and related browser tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tools Viewer provides free, browser-based utilities, related pages, and editorial content. You can use the core tools without creating an account. Tools, templates, and content may be added, updated, or removed over time.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for a general audience. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, and that if you are under 18 you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. The Service is not directed at young children.

Except for content you create or edit using the Service, the Tools Viewer name, logo, site design, blog articles, and underlying code are owned by Tools Viewer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Service for your own purposes, but you must not:

  • Republish, sell, rent, or redistribute substantial site material without our prior written permission
  • Copy or scrape the Service in a way that substitutes for visiting our pages

Sharing links to our pages or quoting brief excerpts with attribution is fine.

7. Linking to Tools Viewer

You may link to our public pages if the link is not misleading, does not imply sponsorship or endorsement without our consent, and fits the context of your site. You may not frame our pages or alter their appearance with framing techniques without our prior written permission. We may request removal of links at any time.

8. No professional advice

The Service is provided for general productivity purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, security, or professional advice. Validate outputs before production or commercial use.

9. Advertising and third-party content

The Service may display advertisements served by third-party advertising vendors, including Google. Ads are selected and delivered by those vendors. Their appearance is not an endorsement by Tools Viewer of the advertiser, its products, or its services. Advertisers have no say in what we publish. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE UP TO DATE.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limits are not permitted.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLS VIEWER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. BECAUSE THE CORE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION IS PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time by posting the current version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue access to the Service at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tools Viewer regarding the Service.
